31st Annual Men's Fishing & Golf Retreat
April 29 - May 1, 2011
Welcome to the Men’s Fishing and Golf Retreat Online Registration page. Please read
this entire page before completing the registration process. Please fill in the
form below and click submit.
The Men's Retreat weekend has traditionally started, officially, on Friday, beginning
with the opening of the registration tables at 5:00pm. In years past, a number of
men have started their retreat weekend much earlier in the week in order to gain
some additional fishing or golfing or just relaxing time.
The information requested below is intended to provide the Retreat Committee with
as much advance planning information as possible, as well provide you with additional
information about the week not included in the Retreat brochure. If at any time
you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact Randy Rinn at (817) 247-1325.
Please read all areas of this registration form. We hope to see you there.
Typically, the Men's Retreat occurs two weeks after Easter; this year, because Easter
falls later in the Church year, we could not schedule the Men's Retreat two weeks
out, as this would push the retreat into the second week of May, interfering with
other church activities. This creates a special problem for registration and in
not being able to have a Sunday before Pre-Retreat Meeting. This year, we will introduce
an advance registration concept to help offset a Sunday before Pre-Retreat Meeting.
Please complete this registration form in its entirety and submit either by web-site
or in person to the registration table in the Narthex. A registration packet including
t-shirt will be assembled and ready for you to pick up in advance of the retreat
weekend. Payment will also be collected at the time you pick up your registraction
packet.
Late registration and on-site registration will be held between 5:30pm and 7:30pm,
Friday, April 29th at the Fisherman's Point campsite. Those who have participated
in the Advance Registration or who have not paid need to be present at this time.
Also be sure to pick up your name badges: everyone should have one to wear.
